Return Window

Returns are accepted within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact.Home accessories and decorative objects are not eligible for returns.Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 5 business days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not process direct product exchanges. Instead, customers will receive store credit to place a new order.

Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our ceramic home pieces are crafted with care and meant to be enjoyed over time. Handle with care, as ceramic is fragile and may chip or break if dropped. Hand washing with mild soap and warm water is recommended; avoid abrasive sponges, harsh cleaners, sudden temperature changes, and dishwashers unless otherwise specified. Dry thoroughly before storing. Subtle variations in tone and texture are natural to the ceramic process and part of each piece’s uniqueness.
