Return Window
Returns are accepted within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Product Condition
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact.Home accessories and decorative objects are not eligible for returns.Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer money refunds. Once a return is approved, you will receive a store credit for the full value of the item, redeemable toward future purchases.The store credit does not expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance.
Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges. Instead, customers may use their store credit to place a new order.

Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Our team will assist you promptly.
