Returns are accepted within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact.Home accessories and decorative objects are not eligible for returns.Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 5 business days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
